Performance Analyst , Ohio Performance Team (OPT) in the Auditor of State's Office
As a Performance Analyst on the Ohio Performance Team (OPT) in the Auditor of State’s office, Reed assists government entities across Ohio become more efficient and effective in their missions to serve the citizens of the state. Conducting objective, third-party analysis for state agencies, school districts, public universities, and local governments, OPT analyzes operations to help public organizations improve performance, reduce costs, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Prior to his current role, Reed was Project Manager in the Office of the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration at Kent State University. Before that, he worked in the Governance department at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and as Management Assistant for the City of Westerville, Ohio.
Reed earned his BA in Politics and Government from Ohio Wesleyan University, MPA from the University of Connecticut, and MA in Higher Education from the University of Michigan. He currently lives in Delaware, Ohio.
