Mica Knox was accepted into UConn’s School of Public Policy for the Master of Public Policy program for fall, 2021. Mica earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Political Science with an eye toward international policy and cultural competence.

Since graduating from Ohio University, Mica has gained professional experience in the education field by supporting programs aimed at improving outcomes for students and communities through research, data, and evaluation. In the coming semesters, she will support Professor Ruodan Zhang as a research assistant.

Mica hopes to expand her knowledge of data analysis and policy implementation in order to to serve our communities with accountability, equity, and compassion.
