Director of General Services, Town of Manchester, CT
Maureen Goulet recently started in a new role as Director of General Services in the Town of Manchester, CT. In her new position, she manages centralized purchasing activities for Manchester, as well as the Print Shop/Mail Room, and an exceptional staff. Maureen recently recertified as a Certified Public Purchasing Buyer (CPPB).
Maureen received her BA in Public Administration from Charter Oak State College in 2015, where she was Vice-President of the Student Advisory Council. She is an active member of the Public Purchasing Association of Connecticut, currently serving as President. A resident of Manchester, she serves on the Town Sustainability Task Force.
