Malcolm S. Medley is the Director of Field Coordination Programs for the United States Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where he has provided national executive oversight over the EEOC’s Federal Hearings, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Outreach, National Strategic Partnerships, Compliance Monitoring, and Revolving Fund and Training Institute programs.  As a member of the U.S. Federal Government’s Senior Executive Service (SES), Mr. Medley serves as a member of the EEOC Chair’s senior leadership team, and is a member of the Office of Field Programs’ Senior Staff where he participates in determining national policies and strategies for the agency’s Enforcement Program.
