Charlotte then moved to England to work for ISS World, a Danish multinational company. Upon her return to the U.S., she pursued an M.Ed. at the University of Pennsylvania and spent ten years developing curriculum and teaching children pre-K-6. In 2007, she moved into the educational publishing and EdTech start up space, conducting business development and market research in the area of higher education. After a career of working primarily in the private sector, she moved into the public sector in January 2018, as Program Coordinator for the National Science Foundation grant-funded interdisciplinary training program for Ph.D. students at UConn. Her professional objective is to move into a post-secondary education administrator position upon completion of the MPA Fellows Program.
