For her Internship and Professional Practice (IPP) Program placement, Michelle has created a document that examines demographic and socioeconomic trends for 2021. Her analysis includes population, education, housing, economic and labor force characteristics within the SCRCOG region.
Michelle has also produced Municipal Housing Factsheets to help municipal leaders and constituents better understand housing needs for the fifteen municipalities within the region.
Currently, she is creating a model that shows request for proposal procurement and purchasing trends. This will make it easier to provide services and materials regionally based on a predictive calendar for the region.
