CT Voices for Children is a research oriented public education and advocacy organization that works to promote the well being of Connecticut's youth and families. They are looking for a health policy fellow. A two-year Health Policy Fellowship position. This Fellowship is specifically designed for a person with strong quantitative skills, knowledge of publicly-financed health care systems for low-income families, and an interest in state-level health policy development and health services research. This position would be ideal for someone who has recently graduated from a Masters or PhD program in public health or public policy who would like experience working in a non-profit organization that works on state health policy.

Research Analyst Nonpartisan social science research and evaluation position with legislative oversight committee of the Connecticut General Assembly. Minimum requirement: Master’s degree, preferably in social/behavioral sciences, statistics, economics, business, political science, or public administration, as well as experience analyzing the performance of public agencies, programs, and policies. Requires superior communication and analytical skills, an understanding of governmental processes, and ability to work independently and with a team. Experience and skill in research and evaluation methods and design, including statistical applications, desirable, along with excellent computer skills including knowledge of statistical, spreadsheet, and word processing programs.
